Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: We strive to keep shipping costs down for you! Shipping is calculated per item. Our shipping costs include postage, container and packing material. We look at each order individually. If we see that your shipping cost has been calculated too high, we will alter your shipping charge to the actual amount when we process your order.
Q: How are my items shipped?
A: Items are hand packaged with care and shipped out via USPS First Class Package for single item orders and USPS Priority Mail for multiple item orders.
Q: Where do I send a check for payment of my order?

Q: How are my items packaged?
A: Soaps and potpourri are packaged in clear cellophane bags and tied with purple cord. Lotions, sprays, and freshener are shipped in the containers pictured.
Q: Do you accept orders over the phone or via e-mail?
A: We do accept orders over the phone and via e-mail. We will calculate the total cost and contact you for approval. Call us at (360) 582-9355 or e-mail us at marthalanelavender@olypen.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Q: Is your farm available for functions?
A: Currently, no. In the future we plan to be available for weddings and celebrations.
Q: How do I get to your farm?
A: Our farm is located just west of the city of Sequim off of Highway 101. Coming from Port Angeles, turn left on Kitchen-Dick Road. Coming from Seattle heading west, turn right on Kitchen-Dick Road. From Kitchen-Dick Road, Martha Lane is approximately 3/4 mile. Turn right on Martha Lane and continue back for another 1/2 mile. We are on the left-hand side at 371 Martha Lane.

Q: What are your farm's hours?
A: Currently, we are closed. During the Lavender season, we are open from mid-to-late June through Labor Day weekend, 9am to 5pm on the weekends.
Q: Do you wholesale?
A: Currently, we do not wholesale our products.
